Howdy (future collaborative) partners! Welcome to the Parental Influence blog and our very first blog post! As an Influencer Marketing Agency, we hope by now you have read through our various pages to grasp what it is that we’re about, but if not let me give you the rundown…
Ahem. Parental Influence are an Influencer Marketing Agency marrying social influencers together with brands. Heard it all before, you say? Well yes you probably have, which is why we’re vouching to be different. I am also a blogger myself (you can find me over at The Cupid Bow) and in my experience I’ve found that in order to gain agency representation or be considered for brand opportunities, you need umpteenth thousand followers. Yet you know you’re actually more engaged with your audience – you talk to them, tweet them, reply to their Instagram comment and actually give them your real, honest opinion on something. You have ACTUAL influence! So then why on earth are you not being put forward for briefs and campaigns, when you know you would smash it out of the ball park and produce real results? Because most brands will concentrate on the numbers rather than the engagement.
Well we want to change that.
As an Influencer Marketing Agency, we’re trying to educate brands that it’s not just the “bigger bloggers” that can produce great results for them, but “lesser-known”, growing bloggers as well. We want to provide opportunities to bloggers, vloggers and social media personalities of all shapes and sizes, who have real commitment, enthusiasm and a hard-working ethos towards their content. I know first hand how rewarding, yet hard, it is to run a successful blog. It’s a full time job, so you should be compensated accordingly for it. Parental Influence want to hear from you if you are an influencer wanting to collaborate with exciting, growing brands, no matter how established you are.
We also want to hear from any brands looking to work with said engaged, creative and driven influencers who can help raise profile, social media presence and general awareness. Please drop us an email at email@example.com to see how we can help both parties. We’re waiting with tea and cake. Or donuts. Whichever you would prefer.
